Licensed Independent Social Worker· Ohio
Hi, I'm Danielle
Licensed therapist, compassionate listener, and your partner in building a life that feels more like yours.
About Me
I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Ohio, specializing in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, women's issues, and the everyday weight of life's challenges. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation — not a lecture or a checklist.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based practices. Together, these methods help you identify what's already working in your life, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and build on your own strengths to move forward with confidence. I provide clients with Faith-sensitive care in a confidential setting and a safe space to express feelings without judgement. I am a goal-oriented, solution-focused therapist and I love to see clients achieve their goals and live their lives with purpose and intention. If you're seeking support that honors both your emotional needs and your faith, I would be honored to help.
I offer telehealth sessions throughout Ohio, which means you can access quality mental health care from wherever you feel most comfortable — your home, your car, your lunch break. No commute, no waiting room, just real support.

My Approach
Therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest — with yourself, with me, and with what you believe.
Collaborative
You're the expert on your own life. I bring the tools and perspective; together we figure out what works for you.
Strengths-Based
We start with what you're already doing well — including the values and faith that sustain you. Your strengths are real resources we build on.
Faith-Sensitive
For clients who desire it, faith can be a meaningful part of the therapeutic process. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your spiritual life is welcomed and respected.
Practical
Using CBT and other evidence-based tools, we'll work on real strategies you can use between sessions — not just insights, but skills for daily life.
